My Degree
My name is Lauryn Briggs, I’m 22 years old and am still dripping river water after just graduating from Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas. After completing my first year at Collin County Community College and switching majors 3 times, I’ve finally earned my B.S. in Digital Media Innovation with a minor in Business Administration.
Location History
I was born in Amarillo, Texas, late March of 2000. I spent the first 12 years of my life here until my father moved our family to The Colony, Texas. This Northwest Dallas suburb is where I call home because this is where I began 8th grade, graduated from high school and stayed until my TXST debut.
Past/Current Job
Throughout my 4 (and a half) years of college, I’ve successfully held the same job. Of course it’s nothing glamorous, but in 2018, I started serving tables at 54th Street Restaurant & Drafthouse, The Colony location. When I moved away for college, I was able to transfer job locations to the San Marcos store, where I am now a Head Bartender.
